Will is the Director of Silmaril AIoT, a UK-based Edge AI consultancy and technology partner focused on ultra-low-power, secure, and commercially deployable AIoT solutions.
Will has led and delivered projects across smart infrastructure, industrial IoT, and national security applications, working with OEMs, local authorities, and national programmes. His work centres on deploying computer vision, reinforcement learning, and TinyML on constrained edge devices, enabling intelligence at the sensor rather than in the cloud.
He is particularly interested in the intersection of Edge AI, system security, and real-world operability, and advises product teams on how to move from proof-of-concept AI to scalable, certifiable products.
