Bryce Barnes

Bryce has been a leading voice in manufacturing for the industrial internet of things and smart factory transformation. His current focus is leading LG CNS Americas Smart Factory business.  In this role he is working with manufacturing companies and technology providers to deliver on the vision of Smart Factory operations.  In his previous role at Microsoft, Bryce led Microsoft AI integrations with manufacturing technology partners. Bryce has been working closely with the Association of Manufacturing Technology over the past decade as a board member of the MTConnect standards body with a focus on promoting standard data models for CNC machines. Recognized as a visionary by Smart Manufacturing Magazine in 2016, Bryce brings together years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, software, and digital platforms. His vision for manufacturing is grounded with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and a minor in mathematics.
