When is the IoT Tech North America 2026 Expo?

The IoT Tech Expo North America 2026 will take place on May 18-19, 2026. Register for your free or Gold Pass here.

Where is the event?

The event will take place at San Jose McEnery Convention Center, CA.

How do I get there?

What are the timings of the event?

Day 1 – May 18th 2026

Registration: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Conference Sessions: 9:45am – 5:30pm
Exhibitor Access: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Networking Drinks: 5:30pm – 10.00pm (Gold Pass Holders only)

Day 2 – May 19th 2026

Registration: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Conference Sessions: 9:45am – 3:35pm
Exhibitor Access: 8:30am – 4:00pm

How much does it cost to attend?

There are several ticketing options available for the events; Free Tickets, which give attendees access to the expo floor and free stage content.

Gold Tickets (now priced at $399) are available and additionally grant access to all Gold & Free tracks across all 7 conference tracks & exhibition, VIP networking drinks and networking app.

Are there any dedicated networking opportunities?

Yes, our event networking drinks and event networking app are available to attendees with the following ticket types:

Sponsors, Exhibitors, Speakers, Gold Pass Holders, Ultimate Pass Holders, and Press.

The event networking app will be available for attendees to use two weeks before the event, find more details on the Networking app page.

What other events are co-located with IoT Tech Expo?
How do I get access to the co-located events?

Gold passes will allow you access to all sessions from all co-located events including paid sessions. Free Expo Passes will allow you access to the free expo stages and the main Exhibition Hall.

When will I get my badge?

Badges will be issued via a confirmation email once you have completed your ticket registration. If not received, please check your junk folders or reach out to the team: enquiries@techexevent.com

Do you provide Visa letters?

We can only provide VISA letters if you have purchased a paid ticket, or are an exhibitor or speaker. Once you have paid for your pass please email enquiries@techexevent.com and our team will confirm on our registration system we have you and will be able to issue a VISA letter.

What is the Student Policy?

Our conferences and expos are exclusively designed for industry professionals. At this time, we are unable to accommodate students. To ensure a professional environment for all attendees, any students found in the conference theatres or exhibition areas will be asked to leave. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Are children allowed on the exhibition floor?

Children are allowed onsite during the show days, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please note that children are not permitted onsite during build-up days.
