Pavel M. Chmelar

Pavel M. Chmelar is a co-founder of GREYCORTEX, where he leads strategic partnerships and the company’s OT business. He has spent the past 15 years in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on protecting critical infrastructure and industrial environments. Before entering the cybersecurity industry, Pavel was a director and co-founder of an educational NGO, where he built partnerships and led initiatives with broader social impact. He moved into cybersecurity after recognizing the growing need to protect critical infrastructure and digital privacy in an increasingly connected world. At GREYCORTEX, he works with customers and partners on practical approaches to IT, IoT, and OT visibility, industrial risk reduction, and cyber resilience. At TechEx North America, he will share a pragmatic framework for identifying hidden risk in the first 20 minutes of an OT security review and prioritizing the next steps without disrupting operations.
